Order Policy:
- Custom orders over $300.00 require 50% non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon. Pottery orders require payment in full at time of purchase.
- Generally, commercial accounts are net 30 days.
- Resellers permit required for tax exempt purchases and services within Washington State.
- Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days, unless otherwise specified.
- Silkscape Design reserves the right to amend our policies and pricing without notice.
- All items are subject to availability at time of order.

Return Policy:
- 20% restock fee for returned items that are not deemed defective.

Rental Policy
- One day rental is a 24 hour duration.
- If delivery and pick-up are requested, Silkscape Design must have access to the rental product at time of pick-up or additional charges may apply.
- If a rental product is damaged or broken, repair fees may apply.

Site Policy:
- Silkscape Design is not responsible for misprinted prices or other wrong information that may occur as a result of site updates, server/database issues, or human error.
